Robert Rothman

Robert Rothman is a seasoned professional in the field of education, currently serving as a Senior Editor at the National Center on Education and the Economy while also working as a consultant since February 2016. Rothman has held various significant positions, including Senior Fellow at the Alliance for Excellent Education from September 2009 to February 2016, and Senior Editor at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform from April 2002 to September 2009. Previous experience includes roles as a Study Director at the National Research Council and as a Reporter/Editor at Education Week. Rothman holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University, earned between 1976 and 1980, and has a strong background in writing and editing within the education sector.
