Cathy Story

Cathy Story has extensive experience in talent operations and acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner at National Church Residences since August 2017. Prior to this role, Cathy held various positions at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies from 2000 to 2015, including Senior Premium Auditor and Senior Commercial Underwriter. Cathy also dedicated over three decades to the United Methodist Church as the Director of Music and Youth Ministries from 1981 to 2012. Additionally, Cathy worked as the Center Director at Children's World and Kindercare Learning Centers between 1981 and 1986. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Butler University.
