Michelle Muckenthaler

Michelle Muckenthaler has a diverse work experience. From 2008 to the present, they have worked at National CineMedia, initially as a Quality Assurance Engineer I using waterfall methodology to manually test and deliver .net solutions for finance, sales, and customer communication systems. Michelle then progressed to the role of Quality Assurance Engineer II and is currently a Quality Assurance Engineer III. In their current role, they are responsible for balancing multiple responsibilities as a member of the Production Support team and the sole QA for the Functional program. Their duties include triage, training, testing, project management, UAT, and effective communication across multiple teams and overseas vendors.

Michelle served as a Receiving Team Lead and was responsible for supervising the team, daily trend reporting, and customer service escalations. Michelle also performed core Receiver duties, such as ensuring minimum submission standards, data entry, and credit report reconciliation. Additionally, they developed a standardized training program and materials for the Receiving Team.
