Thomas Brown is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as AVP at National Claim Services Inc. since 2017, Thomas oversees operations in the Western half of the U.S. Previously, as AVP at QBE North America, Thomas successfully established a construction defect claims team, significantly reducing costs and improving service metrics. Thomas's career includes pivotal roles at ACE, CNA Insurance, and OneShield, where strategic claims handling and operational oversight were key focuses. An MBA graduate from the University of Michigan and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Thomas also took time to travel the world between 2013 and 2014, enhancing a diverse and robust professional background.
