Jennet Sambour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial and operational leadership within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Finance & Operations Officer at the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (National CAPACD) since April 2014, Jennet has held various roles within the organization, including Deputy Director, Director of Finance and Operations, and Business Manager. Previously, Jennet gained valuable experience at the Mayo Clinic's Office of Leadership & Organization Development as a Learning and Development Intern and at the Center for Innovation as a Service Design Co-op. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Yale School of Management and an Ultra Rice Commercialization Intern at PATH, as well as Director of Operations & Resource Development and Southeast Asian American Women's Leadership Advocate at the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC). Jennet holds an MBA in Non-Profit Management and Organizational Behavior from Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Brown University.
