Vice President - Head, Project Quality Control at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB

Amr Bakhsh has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Amr started their career at AlJazira Capital in 2004 as a Strategy and Business Development Manager. During their time there, they were responsible for various tasks such as business strategy formation, business process reengineering, and system and business analysis. One of their notable achievements was the successful launch of the Online Trading Platform, which significantly increased the bank's market share.

In 2008, Amr joined The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB as the Head of Quality & Management Information. Amr'sresponsibilities included revamping payment operations' balance scorecard, planning for capacity, and re-engineering processes using 6 Sigma methodologies.

Amr then progressed to Assistant Vice President - Environment Manager, where they implemented the bank's environmental 5-Year Plan and developed processes and procedures for the environmental management system. Amr also established an organization-wide savings target for power, water, and paper consumption.

Later, Amr became Vice President - Head, Project Quality Control at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB. In this role, they led, planned, and managed project portfolios across the organization to ensure efficient and effective execution. Some of their achievements include successfully delivering over 300 projects in 2014, implementing an EPPM tool (Clarity), and establishing the bank's Project Life Cycle Governance Model.

Amr Bakhsh received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information System & Integral Major in E-commerce from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in 2002.
