Jim Laing

Jim Laing has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jim started their career as a Software Developer at Washington Group International, where they developed rich internet applications. Jim then joined Adobe Systems as an Experience Researcher, performing user research and conducting usability studies for different teams and projects. Jim also worked as a Lead Design Strategist at UPMC Technology Development Center and later became the Director of Product Management at UPMC Enterprises. Jim then joined PNC as a VP, Senior Innovation Technology Manager before landing their current role as the Director of Product Management at NCQA.

Jim Laing earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Calvin University in an undisclosed year. Jim then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Information (MSI) with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Michigan - School of Information from 2007 to 2009.
