Marshena Moncrieffe

Marshena Moncrieffe began their work experience in 2000 as a Research Associate at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where they were involved in various tasks such as ex vivo analysis and developing cell-based assays. In 2005, they joined Apex Systems (formerly known as Lab Support) as a Senior Professional Recruiter, primarily focusing on scientific and clinical staffing. In 2021, they transitioned to Foundation Medicine as a Corporate Recruiter before moving on to The Bowdoin Group as a Senior Consultant, specializing in executive search within the Health and Technology sectors. In 2023, they joined Chasm Partners as the Director of their ChasmTeam, and later that year took on the role of Principal Recruiter at NCQA.

Marshena Moncrieffe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stony Brook University.
