Sarah Willis-Garcia

Sarah Willis-Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate and foundation relations, program management, and patient revenue cycle training. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Corporate & Foundation Relations at NCQA since March 2020, Sarah oversees the design, execution, and delivery of industry partnerships totaling $2.8 million annually. Previously, Sarah held significant roles at HIMSS, including Program Manager for the EHR Association and Associate Manager for IHE USA, where responsibilities included supervising a trade association and managing national interoperability events. Earlier in Sarah's career, roles at The Ohio State University Medical Center involved training personnel on revenue-cycle operations during EHR implementations. Sarah is pursuing an MBA in Health Care Administration and holds a BS in Biology and Political Science from Ohio Dominican University.
