FLORA OKINE is an Assistant Manager and RF Spectrum Engineer at National Communications Authority. Prior to this, FLORA OKINE held the title of RF Spectrum Engineer at the same company. FLORA OKINE has also worked as an Electrical Engineer during National Service at Ghana Grid Company Ltd and has experience as a Summer Intern and Intern at Volta River Authority. FLORA OKINE earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
