Saud Alarfaj

Saud Alarfaj currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs at the National Company for Mechanical Systems - NCMS, starting in March 2024. Prior to this role, Saud held various significant positions in governmental and corporate sectors, including Executive Director of Military & Security Sectors and Director General of Military & Security Sectors at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority from January 2021 to March 2024, and Director General of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) at the Ministry of Defense - Executive Affairs from January 2019 to December 2020. Saud accumulated extensive experience at Advanced Electronics Company from July 2006 to December 2018, culminating in the role of Senior Governance & Compliance Manager, alongside leadership positions that shaped business processes and operational excellence. Saud is also a past Board Member of the Saudi Society for Quality and began a career as a Mechanical Engineer at Saudi Telecom Company. Saud holds an MBA and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University.
