Dan Kloepping is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Developer and IT Analyst at the National Conference of Bar Examiners since 2018, Kloepping has a long tenure at IBM, starting in 1997. At IBM, roles included Senior IT Architect, where oversight of multiple agile squads for the Manufacturing Floor Control System (MFS) was key, and Advisory IT Architect, acting as the principal architect for MFS development. Kloepping also held the position of Advisor IT Specialist, leading the design and deployment of new applications while ensuring the maintenance of existing ones. Educationally, Kloepping holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
