Ann Morse

Ann Morse has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Ann began their career in 1992 as the Program Director for the Immigrant Policy Project at NCSL, where they played a crucial role in establishing the project as a leading authority on state legislation related to immigrants. Ann also directed NCSL's Executive Committee Task Force on Immigration and the States, focusing on federal reforms and sharing innovative practices at the state level.

In 2005, Ann joined Jannus as a board member, contributing to the organization's efforts in community health, public policy, and economic opportunity. Ann remained with the organization until at least 2021.

In 2007, Ann participated in the Ian Axford (New Zealand) Public Policy Fellowship, where they conducted a comparative study of New Zealand and the United States' public policies, with a focus on economic, social, and political reforms.

More recently, Ann has been an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University since 2014.
