Colleen Becker

Colleen Becker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health policy and program management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Health at the National Conference of State Legislatures since January 2018, Colleen has held various roles including Senior Policy Specialist and Policy Specialist within the organization. Prior to this, Colleen worked at Kaiser Permanente from 2001 to July 2018, progressing from Service Associate to Lead Histological Technician. Additionally, Colleen served as Public Policy Coordinator at the Chronic Care Collaborative from October 2015 to January 2018. Colleen holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies.
