Nisa S. is an accomplished real estate arbitrator and mediator with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution. Currently serving as a real estate arbitrator for the California Association of Realtors and a panel member for the American Arbitration Association, Nisa also acts as a mediator for the National Conflict Resolution Center, focusing on real estate matters and landlord-tenant issues. Previously, Nisa has contributed as a mediator for various institutions, including the San Diego Superior Court and the Coachella Valley Chapter of the Community Association Institute. Nisa holds an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law, a J.D. from Trinity Law School, and a BA in Political Science and French from Harvard University.
