Chrissy Bloom started their work experience as an Intern at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in 2010. Chrissy later became a Clinical Research Associate at the same company before moving on to CoStar Group in 2011. At CoStar Group, they worked as a Senior Research Associate and later as a Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst. In 2017, they joined National Cooperative Bank as a Data Governance Business Analyst. Following that, they worked at Freedom Mortgage as a Senior Data Quality Analyst. Chrissy then joined Discover Financial Services as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Data Quality Management. In 2022, they worked at DataCamp as a Data Quality Subject Matter Expert Consultant Instructor, and later that year, they joined National Cooperative Bank again, this time as the VP and Head of Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance.

Chrissy Bloom has a diverse education history. Chrissy obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics from Merrimack College, which they attended from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Sciences from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Chrissy also holds a High School Diploma from Bishop Eustace Prep School.

In addition to their academic degrees, Chrissy has obtained several certifications. Chrissy is a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP Associate) from DAMA-I, which they achieved in March 2019. Chrissy also holds a Data Quality Practitioner Certificate from DAMA-I, obtained in the same month and year. Moreover, Chrissy is a MicroStrategy Certified Master Analyst, having completed the certification program offered by MicroStrategy in June 2018.
