Steven Studabaker has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Steven started their career at Exxon Company USA, where they held various financial analysis and management positions. Steven then transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate consulting firm, where they provided advisory services to corporations, investors, and financial institutions. Following this, they worked at Ironwod Real Property Advisors as a Principal. At Capital Source Bank, they served as a Vice President, Review Appraiser, focusing on commercial appraisals and compliance. Currently, they are the Chief Appraiser at National Cooperative Bank, responsible for managing commercial and residential appraisals.
Steven Studabaker received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they enrolled in 1971 and completed their studies in 1975. Steven further pursued their education at the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Their time at USC lasted from 1978 to 1980.
