Dr. Romila (Soni) Bhatnagar is an accomplished educator with over three decades of experience at the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), serving as an Associate Professor since December 2019 and previously holding positions as an Assistant Professor from December 2007 to December 2019 and a Teacher from August 1989 to November 2007. Dr. Bhatnagar earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education from Jamia Millia Islamia University between 1999 and 2002.
