Amy Lippert

Amy Lippert is an experienced academic and professional in the field of American history and educational programming. Currently serving as the Educational Programming & Outreach Associate at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing since September 2019, Amy previously held positions such as Faculty Lecturer at Northwestern University and Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago, where a focus was on 19th-century cultural and social history. With a substantial teaching background, Amy has also contributed as a consultant and editor for various educational platforms and has supervised large undergraduate history courses. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. and M.A. in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
