Mattie Curry

Mattie Curry, MPH, currently serves as the Public Health Program Manager at the National Council of Urban Indian Health since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mattie was the Public Health Policy and Program Coordinator at the National Indian Health Board from August 2020 to December 2022, leading initiatives on maternal health and climate readiness in tribal communities. Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at National Jewish Health involved work in environmental and occupational health services, while prior positions at Children’s Hospital Colorado included coordinating HIV prevention studies and assisting with research protocols. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the Colorado School of Public Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Anthropology from Washington State University, complemented by a study abroad program in Spanish and Community Development in Peru.
