Bibhu Jena

Bibhu Jena serves as Senior Manager of Engineer Services at the National Dairy Development Board since January 2014. Previously, Bibhu held the position of Plant Manager at Omfed from 2005 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering obtained from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, between August 1999 and August 2003.
