Anam Saif - Chrp

Anam Saif is a Human Resource professional with extensive experience in organizational development and effectiveness, currently serving as a Lecturer at the National Defence University Islamabad since September 2020. With prior roles at PTCL as an Assistant Manager in HR focusing on organizational design and strategic priorities, and as an HR Executive at Ipsos where key responsibilities included talent management and training coordination, Anam has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of HR practices. Previous experience also includes participation in the Female Graduate MEA Program at Nokia, where Anam contributed to HR strategy execution and organizational culture development. Anam holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Bahria University and certifications in Human Resource Management from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
