Patrick Terrell has extensive experience in defense policy and military leadership, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the National Defense University since September 2015. Prior to this, Patrick held significant roles within the Office of the Secretary of Defense as Deputy Director of CBRN Defense Policy, focusing on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) defense strategies, and served in various capacities in the US Army, including Chief of the Stabilization Transition Team in Iraq and Commander of the 22nd Chemical Battalion. Patrick's educational credentials include a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, and an Associate of Arts from the New Mexico Military Institute.
