Shoji Hasegawa

Shoji Hasegawa is an experienced professional in disaster management, currently serving as a freelancer at Office Team-S since March 2024 and as an expert with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Pakistan since August 2016. Prior involvement includes roles at AFAD from April 2013 to March 2016, where Shoji worked as an expert and as a JICA expert in 2013. Earlier experience includes working with JICA overseas cooperation from August 1984 to September 1987, focusing on agricultural civil engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ritsumeikan University.
