Giovanna D.

Giovanna D. is an experienced case manager and bilingual hotline advocate with a robust background in crisis intervention and service coordination. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Youth Advocacy since May 2017, Giovanna previously held positions at the National Domestic Violence Hotline as a Bilingual Hotline Advocate and at Southwest Key Program as a Case Manager. At the National Domestic Violence Hotline, responsibilities included crisis intervention, safety planning, and documentation of caller needs, while at Southwest Key Program, the focus was on client intake and the development of Individual Service Plans.
