Rebecca Flores

Rebecca Flores has extensive experience in crisis management, leadership, and community service. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Services at the National Domestic Violence Hotline since March 2020, Rebecca previously held the role of Services Program Manager at the same organization, where responsibilities included managing a team of advocates during high-pressure situations. Rebecca's background also includes experience as a Stylist at Stitch Fix and Front Shop Manager at Julhead Fine Jewelry studio. Prior roles involved crisis support as a Hotline Advocate and class supervision at WeViva, focusing on health and nutrition in underserved communities. Rebecca began their career as a secretary at Norwalk Dance Academy and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University.
