Ai-jen Poo

Ai-jen Poo is the President and Executive Director at the National Domestic Workers Alliance, overseeing a national network of member organizations and leading campaigns for labor standards for domestic workers. Additionally, Ai-jen serves as the Director of Caring Across Generations, leading a national campaign for a new caregiving approach. Poo is also the Co-Founder of Domestic Workers United and has experience as the Special Projects Director and Women Workers Project Director at CAAAV Organizing Asian Communities. Ai-jen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from Columbia University.
