Caitlin Connolly has an extensive work history, starting in 2000 as the Manager of Youth Advocacy at Community Family Life Services. Caitlin then worked as a Resident Service Coordinator at Maloney Properties & FPDTA from 2003 to 2007 and as a Resident Social Service Coordinator at Maloney Properties & The Boston Housing Authority from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined the American Geriatrics Society as the Manager of Public Affairs and later became the Project Director at Eldercare Workforce Alliance. Caitlin's experience continued at the National Employment Law Project, where they served as the Home Care Fair Pay Campaign Coordinator from 2015 to 2017, the Director of Social Insurance from 2018 to 2019, the Deputy Chief of Programs from 2020 to 2021, and currently holds the role of Chief of Strategy.
Caitlin Connolly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services & Political Science from The George Washington University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Caitlin later pursued a Graduate Certificate in Politics & Public Policy at UMass Boston from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Caitlin completed a Masters degree in Public Administration from Baruch College between 2010 and 2012.
