Charlotte Dodge

Charlotte Dodge is an experienced advocacy and policy professional with significant expertise in government affairs, particularly in the realms of healthcare, family caregiving, and social policy. Currently serving as the Government Affairs Senior Manager at the National Employment Law Project since December 2021, Charlotte previously held key positions at Caring Across Generations, where efforts focused on policy development and advocacy strategies. Earlier roles include Advocacy Coordinator at the National Alliance for Caregiving, where Charlotte coordinated national advocacy strategies, and various internships in legislative and consulting settings.
