Marwa Odeh is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategic growth, partnerships, and program development. Currently serving as Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the National Employment Law Project and as a Strategic Growth Partner at River View Partners, Marwa also holds the position of Partnerships Manager at the National Black Chamber of Commerce. Previous roles include Institute Co-Chair and Board Member at the New Leaders Council, Senior Programs and Development Manager at PLEN, and a fellow in the New Leaders Council DC Chapter. Marwa has demonstrated expertise in fundraising and advocacy through positions at Benchmark Strategies and Amnesty International, where significant funds were raised for social justice initiatives. Marwa's political experience includes work as a Deputy Field Organizer for the Maryland Democratic Party and a Legislative Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives. Marwa holds a certificate in U.S. Public Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from An Najah National University.
