Michael Freedman

Michael Freedman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant and information systems management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Grant Systems at the National Endowment for Democracy since September 2022, Michael previously held various roles at the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation from September 2007 to September 2022, including Senior Manager of Information Systems, Manager of Grant Systems, Coordinator of Project Administration, and Project Administrator. Responsibilities included managing critical software systems, providing technical support, overseeing grant management databases, and ensuring compliance with federal standards for government-funded grants. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Illinois State University, obtained in 2007.
