Bill Fincham

Bill Fincham has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Technology Manager for the Methane Mitigation Program at the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) since August 2008. In this role, Bill develops and implements topic language for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I Funding Opportunity Announcement concerning Oil and Gas programs. Prior to NETL, Bill worked at Parsons from May 2002 to August 2008 as an Electronic Engineer IV and Subtask Manager, where responsibilities included leading a multidiscipline team focused on advanced power systems, addressing combustion instability, and enhancing efficiency and emission reductions.
