Roger Rhoads

Roger Rhoads began their work experience at the U.S. Census Bureau in 1991, where they held the role of Supervisory IT Specialist until 2013. Roger then moved on to Peregrine Technical Solutions as an Independent Consultant for a few months in 2013. In 2014, they joined the National Energy Technology Laboratory as Chief, Infrastructure Operations & Engineering, and later became the Acting Chief Information Officer.

Roger Rhoads earned an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Prince George's Community College in 1992. Prior to this, they attended Oxon Hill High School, although specific dates are not provided. Roger later obtained several certifications, including a Masters Certification in IT Project Management from George Washington University School of Business in 2002.
