Anna HL Floyd serves as a Senior Instructional Designer at the National Environmental Health Association since January 2021, following extensive experience as an independent consultant specializing in human behavior and psychology since 2009. Prior roles include Learning & Development Designer at Engineers Without Borders USA, where responsibilities encompassed course design and development, and Associate Professor of Applied Psychology at Regis University, where Anna developed and taught various courses while managing the department. Additional experiences include conducting health behavior research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Klein Buendel, Inc., and a chaplain intern at Boulder Community Hospital. Anna holds a PhD in Social Psychology/Health Psychology from Stony Brook University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
