John Jablonsky

John Jablonsky is a seasoned professional in the field of investor relations and real estate investment management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at National Equity Fund, Inc. since May 2019. Jablonsky has held multiple leadership roles in investor relations, including Managing Director and Vice President positions. Prior to National Equity Fund, Jablonsky worked as Vice President of Investor Relations at Alliant Asset Management, managing key tax credit investor accounts, and held a Senior Asset Manager position at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, overseeing a substantial affordable housing equity portfolio. Jablonsky's extensive experience includes managing a $650 million portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit funds and driving strategic asset management efforts in various roles. Jablonsky's earlier career includes founding Strong Pointe Management LLC, where personal investments in distressed multi-family properties were managed successfully. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
