Jason Shanks

Jason Shanks currently serves as President of the National Eucharistic Congress, contributing to preparations for the event in Indianapolis in 2024. With a rich background in nonprofit leadership, Jason held the position of President of OSV Institute and served as a consultant for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. Notable past roles include Founding Chief Executive Officer of Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan, Cabinet Member at the Catholic Diocese of Toledo, and Business Manager at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Jason's education includes advanced degrees in Nonprofit Administration and Theology from the University of Notre Dame and Pontifical College Josephinum, respectively. Additionally, Jason has been involved in youth ministry and the establishment of Catholic Youth Summer Camp Inc., showcasing a commitment to community service and religious engagement.
