Bryan Croitz has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bryan started their career in the US Navy as a Boatswain's Mate from 1990 to 1996. Bryan then worked as an Executive Chef at Moran's Prime Steaks from 1998 to 2000. In 2010, they became a General Manager at McAlister's Deli, where they led multiple stores and implemented successful training programs. Bryan also worked as an Executive Chef at BarleyGardenKCB from 2017 to 2018. Bryan joined National Event Publications as a Sales Executive in 2017 and later became the Director of Key Account Sales until 2019. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Manager at le Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe. Most recently, Bryan worked as a Room Chef/Chef de Cuisine at Margaritaville Resort Casino from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Key Account Sales at National Event Publications.
Bryan Croitz obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In September 2018, they also became ServSafe Certified through an institution in Louisianna.
