Becky Guseck

Becky Guseck is a seasoned professional in the banking and compliance sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Compliance-Team Lead at National Exchange Bank & Trust since August 2015, Guseck has previously held roles as a Compliance Specialist and Internal Auditor within the same institution. Prior to this, Guseck was Vice President at Peshtigo National Bank from October 2006 to July 2015, and also garnered experience as a Charge Reimbursement Analyst at Bay Area Medical Center, as well as in accounting and human resources roles at Graphic Management Specialty Products and EagleHerald Publishing. Academically, Guseck holds a Master’s Degree in Business & Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Silver Lake College, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
