Deborah Isch, CIC, CISR, currently serves as the Texas Workers' Compensation Association Program Manager at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), a position held since January 2015, where responsibilities include driving growth, profitability, and compliance of the workers' compensation program in Texas while managing relationships with stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as a Compliance Auditor at the Texas Department of Insurance from January 2013 to December 2014, where tasks involved conducting audits, reviewing fraud issues, and providing training on new procedures. Additionally, Deborah worked as a consultant at DLISCH Consulting in 2012, offering expertise in Workers’ Compensation and office services, and held various roles over 19 years at the State Comp Insurance Fund focused on claims and policy services, accumulating 11 years of auditing experience. Educational qualifications include obtaining the CIC and CISR designations from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research between 2016 and 2020, as well as completing personal development studies at Fresno City College in 1984.
