Rajneesh Hora has worked in a variety of roles in the food and beverage industry since 2001. Rajneesh began their career as an Executive Trainee Operations at GSK Consumer Healthcare India. In 2004, they worked as a Research Associate at the University of Guelph, where they handled projects such as the elimination of human pathogens on seeds destined for sprouting and the effect of different concentrations of lactic and acetic acid in removing E. coli O157:H7 from beef carcasses. In 2005, they worked as a Research Scientist at Parmalat Canada, where they were responsible for formulating new dairy/dairy based products, evaluating and modifying existing products to improve quality and/or reduce cost, and providing technical support to processing units related to fluid milk/soy milk products. In 2009, they became an R&D Manager at Danone. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as Head of Science & Technology and Portfolio Manager at Nestl\u00e9 R&D India, as well as Product Development Manager at Nestl\u00e9 R&D India. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as VP of Research & Development, Sr. R&D Director, and R&D Director at Chobani. In 2021, they became Director of the Board of Directors at FlavorSum. Rajneesh is currently Chief Science Officer at Califia Farms.
Rajneesh Hora completed their SSC at St. Theresa's Convent School, Karnal in 1997. Rajneesh then went on to obtain a B tech in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute in 2001. In 2002, they began their Masters in Food Science at the University of Guelph, which they completed in 2004.
