Christopher Parsons has extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Leader of Operations in Customer Service at National Flood Services since October 2019, Christopher previously held the position of Operations Manager at U.S. Bank from April 2016 to October 2019. Prior to that role, Christopher was the Director of Operations at E-Tech Parts for a brief period from September 2015 to December 2016. Christopher's career began in human resources as a Human Resources Manager at Equitable Acceptance Corporation, where employment spanned from December 2011 to September 2015.
