Nhoun J. Mahoony

Nhoun J. Mahoony has extensive work experience in quality assurance and testing roles. They started their career in 1989 at Pioneer/National Group Life Insurance as a Sr. Quality Analyst/Special Project Coordinator, where they coordinated projects to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and provided feedback on system processing.

From 1997 to 2010, they worked at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) in various roles, including Senior Quality Assurance and Senior Business Analyst. In these roles, they wrote test plans and scripts, troubleshooted issues, mentored junior staff, and conducted custom application implementations.

In 2013, Nhoun joined Aon Risk Solutions / National Flood Services as a Senior Software Quality Assurance. They performed quality assurance activities for software development projects, tested web services and APIs, and utilized Agile methodology.

Most recently, since 2018, Nhoun has been working at National Flood Services as a QA Tester. They are responsible for executing test plans and scripts, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, and documenting test results.

Nhoun J. Mahoony holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Dallas Baptist University. Additionally, Nhoun has obtained several certifications including Advanced WinRunner 7.0, LoadRunner 7.5 for the Web, TestDirector 7.2/7.5, and Introduction to WinRunner 7.0. The certifications were obtained in July and August of 2002.
