Tom Seath

Tom Seath is the current director of US e-commerce at National Fulfillment. Prior to this, they were the senior vice president of operations and purchasing at Reliable Parts, Inc. from August 2015 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company through a consolidation/integration of 2 family owned businesses and providing a platform to grow the business organically and through acquisition.

Some of their key accomplishments include developing and commenced an integration plan that included a new management structure, systems integration to a single platform, marketing strategy to transition to a single name, and uniform services and policies for customers that aligned with the company vision. Additionally, they closed 2 branch locations, relocated a branch in San Francisco without impacting operations or customer service, and implemented discreet inventory management practices.
