Dunja Belaj Faktor

Dunja Belaj Faktor is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the National Gallery of Ireland since September 2022. Previously, Dunja held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Covalen and as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Coordinator at FirstCare Ireland. Dunja's career includes experience as a Recruitment Consultant and a Recruiter in various organizations, as well as earlier roles in customer service and psychology, including significant work in addiction treatment and youth counseling. Dunja has pursued extensive education in law and psychology, with ongoing studies in Employment Law at Leeds Beckett University, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek.
