Richard Phillips is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in directing and managing creative teams across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Creative and Strategy Director at National Geographic since September 2018, Richard collaborates with explorers and the National Geographic Society to produce compelling content and bespoke campaigns. Prior roles include Creative Director at Mind Gym, Senior Creative Manager for the LEGO Group, and Executive Creative Director and Partner at the agency 34, which grew significantly under Richard's leadership. Richard's early career was marked by positions at TBWA\Worldwide and Lowe and Partners SA, where foundational design skills were developed.
