Setota Hailemariam

Setota Hailemariam is a skilled digital producer with extensive experience in journalism and audience engagement. Currently serving as a Digital Producer at National Geographic since October 2023, Setota previously held the position of Playbook Producer at POLITICO from October 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included copy editing and fact-checking newsletters and interacting with readers and influential figures. Additional roles include Audience Engagement Editor at Capital News Service, Managing Editor at The Writer's Bloc, and various internships at USA TODAY, Bethesda Magazine, and WMAL Radio.
