Rosicar Escober

Rosicar Escober currently serves as the Information Systems Head at the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines and has held various roles within the same organization since July 2009, including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager for Project GRID - SAP ERP, and Enterprise Solutions Manager. Additionally, Rosicar Escober has been an Information Technology Consultant at BCP since 2008 and a Professor at Polytechnic University of the Philippines in the Graduate School since 1984. Prior experience includes serving as Director IV at the Commission on Audit from December 2006 to July 2009, overseeing Technical Services Offices responsible for auditing infrastructure projects, and as Project Lead for eNGAS from June 2001 to 2005. Academic qualifications include a System Engineering degree in Engineering Management from CICC, Tokyo, Japan, a Doctor in Information Technology from Careers in the Philippines, and a Master of Science in Information Technology from De La Salle University.
