Julie Grandaw

Julie Grandaw, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of the National Guard Association of Minnesota since January 2022, overseeing operations, membership, corporate partnerships, and conferences. As the Founder and CEO of DWI Solutions since June 2014, Grandaw leverages experience as a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Previous roles include Chief of Public Affairs for the Minnesota National Guard from 2004 to 2017, where Grandaw managed public relations and crisis communications, and Account Manager at Johnson & Johnson from 2005 to 2014, focused on pharmaceutical sales across various specialties. Education includes an MBA from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Business Administration from Northern Michigan University, along with multiple certifications in medical representation and public affairs.
