Amanda Samelstad

Amanda Samelstad started their work experience in 2002 as a Credit Administration Supervisor at Financial American Life Insurance. In this role, they supervised employees in data entry and customer service, focusing on training, staff development, and process efficiencies. From 2006 to 2015, they worked at Madison National Life Insurance Company as a New Business Supervisor. In this role, they developed workflow and process improvements, established policies and procedures, and implemented an audit program to ensure quality and regulatory standards were met. Since 2015, they have been a Product Owner at National Guardian Life Insurance Company.

Amanda Samelstad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
