Patrick Juarez

Patrick Juarez has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies in the insurance industry. Patrick began their career at ReliaStar Life Insurance Company as the Director of Marketing for Special Insurance Products from October 1998 to February 2000. Patrick then joined ING, where they held the positions of Director of Product Development and Marketing from March 2000 to April 2002, and later Vice President of Product Development and Management from May 2002 to May 2005.

Following their time at ING, Juarez worked at StarLine Group as the Vice President of Specialty Accident Corporate Development from May 2005 to March 2006, and subsequently as a Senior Vice President from April 2006 to March 2011. Patrick then moved to Security Life, serving as a Regional Vice President from May 2011 to November 2014.

Juarez's next role was at National Guardian Life Insurance Company, where they held the position of Vice President in Group Market Sales from January 2015 to October 2019. Patrick then progressed within the company, becoming the Senior Vice President and Director of Emerging Markets from November 2019 to July 2021. Patrick subsequently took on the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer from August 2021 to September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer, beginning in September 2022.

Throughout their career, Juarez has demonstrated leadership in developing and executing distribution strategies, maximizing value in various insurance distribution channels, and driving growth and profitability in the industry.

Patrick Juarez attended the University of St. Thomas from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to attend Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Law.
